I have gotten pretty serious about weight lifting recently. I used to be all about basketball i now find myself always lifting and never playing anymore. This week I started going to the gym twice a day, 5 days a week, and I plan to do this until the summertime. I have gained close to 15 pounds since last semester and plan to gain about 10 more. I have just found this to be a really fun hobby for me and it is a really good stress reliever. Lifting can also be a fun social time if you have friends in the weight room too.
